The Council on Jewish Day School Education makes per capita grant allocations to the following schools: Bais HaMedrash and Mesivta of Baltimore, Bais Yaakov School for Girls, Baltimore Hebrew Congregation Day School, Beth Tfiloh Dahan Community School, Bnos Yisroel School for Girls, Krieger Schechter Day School, Ner Israel Rabbinical College, Shoshana Cardin Community Day School, Talmudical Academy, Torah Institute and Yeshivat Rambam. Funds are also allocated for teacher training to the aforementioned schools. The Day School Council also receives a grant of $600,000 from the Harry Weinberg Family Foundation of THE ASSOCIATED in addition to the base
allocation as well as $3,000,000 in additional funding from the Weinberg Day School Matching Grant Initiative.

Disability Rights Maryland (DRM), a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, is Maryland's designated Protection and Advocacy agency (formerly known as "Maryland Disability Law Center"). DRM is federally mandated to advance the civil rights of people with disabilities. We provided free legal services to Marylanders of any age with all types of disabilities ( developmental, intellectual, psychiatric, physical, sensory, learning, traumatic brain injury), who live in facilities, in the community or who are homeless.
