Baltimore Jewish Disabilities Awareness and Inclusion Month (JDAIM) 2018

jdaim2018

February is Jewish Disability Awareness and Inclusion Month (JDAIM). In its tenth year, Jewish communities and organizations come together to raise awareness about and advocate for members of the Jewish community with disabilities. The Jewish Abilities Alliance, Powered by Federation, believes that everyone in our community should have the opportunity to experience and celebrate our shared values, history and traditions. Making Jewish life more accessible for all is our primary goal, which is why we are part of this national effort. We invite you to join us for Jewish Disability Awareness and Inclusion Month!

The JDAIM logo, a Star of David formed by interwoven blue and gold ribbons, reminds us of our goal for February and for every month of the year: to create a community where inclusion and people with disabilities become one unit with Jewish Baltimore, held together by Jewish values and traditions. Join us in making Jewish Baltimore a more inclusive community for all its members by getting involved.
